I was Cheerleading practice this one afternoon working on dances and exercises. It had been a few hours since the last class go out and I completely forgot I really needed to use the bathroom before practice, but now I was a little too late. While I got ready to do another stretching exercise....I suddenly felt the urge come back and now I was more desperate go then I had been earlier. I tried as hard as I could to ignore it but it only got worse as I reached the point of nearly bursting, and I could already feel large squirts starting leak through my panties. I was so nervous that I suddenly just lost control and completely flooded my panties for a minute straight. There I was in the middle of my whole cheer team peeing my panties uncontrollably. I was sooo embarrassed. I wanted to cry. My instructor let me leave practice to go finish emptying my bladder and to clean myself up.

Ill never forget about that day.

    This is nothing to cry over. Don't get me wrong, this was a bad thing and I'm sorry this happened to you, I just think it's not as bad as everyone seems to think it is. I assume you were wearing a skirt, since you were cheerleading. This being the case, it is less obvious to people that you had peed, assuming of course you know how to handle it. The convenience of a skirt is, in the event of an extreme emergency, as this sounds like it is, you can let your pee out with minimal damage/showage. Was there grass nearby? You should have gone over there, sat down and just let it out. No one would see what was going on, and, unless someone looked up your skirt, no one would be able to tell that you peed. It's not like you were wearing jeans, like what happened to me.
