Bad Swimmers

I along with my friends Sasha and Jennifer are on the swim team at my school. Nowadays everyone makes an extreme effort to do well because we are all terrified of our new coach. The reason is because the coach does horrible things to you if you don't perform your best during practice or a meet. My friends and I unfortuneatly were used to our old coach who never did anything to us, even if we didn't do our best. Anyway, Sasha, Jen and I all chose the wrong day to make the coach mad because he got a little creative that day. As the three of us continued to mess up every time we dove into the water he got really steamed.
Anyway, in the middle of practice he pulled the three of us aside and started telling us how we were the worst swimmers he'd ever seen. He then made us do something to ensure we would never screw up again. He made us remove our swimsuits and run laps around the entire school. Everyone was pointing and laughing as we ran by. I felt more sorry for Sasha and Jen because me being a guy I had less to cover up with my hands, but the girls had a little trouble. Still, it was very embarrassing for me too.
I quit the team the next day, but Jen and Sasha continued to do swim until the end of the season.
