The Overflow - Thats Embarrassing!!

My friend and I recently just started our own buisness selling jewelry. We go to peoples houses and do presentations. This particular day I was on my period. My friend was doing the presention as I was just helping out here and there. I whispered to her I needed to use the restroom and went ahead. I changed my tampon and went to put the applicator in the trash. Well the trash had just been changed and I didnt want to leave an applicator in there for everyone to see so I flushed it down the toilet. I was thinking to myself how awful it would be if the toilet cloged and what I would do. Sure as hell, the toilet cloged and I started freaking out. I was looking for a plunger, they didn't have one.(Thats why you should always leave one in the bathroom for your guests to use) =) So I started to kick the side of the toilet thinking it would budge. Nope, HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN TO ME! Right as it got to the rim of the toilet it started gurgling and slowly going down. YES!!!! That was a close one. I thought it was fixed, so I washed my hands and went back to my presentation.

About 20 min later the elderly women that was there went to use the restroom. She came back out about 10 mins later and asked her daughter in law for the plunger because the toilet was almost to overflow. I just busted out laughing. I couldn't help it! As far as they knew it was the elderly lady who clogged the toilet...HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Here's a lesson for all you girls : DON'T FLUSH APPLICATOR'S DOWN THE TOILET, EVEN IF IT'S DISPOSABLE. =)

Sounds like something was already blocking the toilet. I've been flushing tampon applicators for years and have never had one get clogged in any toilet.
