The Royal Flush - Thats Embarrassing!!

When I was a freshman in high school, the upperclassman played pranks on the new students during Homecoming Week in order to initiate them. Each afternoon during Homecoming Week, all of the students and teachers gathered at the football field for activities. During the activities one afternoon, a couple of seniors came and told me that a teacher had asked me to go to the office. When I entered the school, I didn't see anyone at the office desk. A group of seniors were waiting inside for me, and they drug me into the restroom, turned me upside-down, and drug me into one of the stalls. I tried to get away, but I was much smaller than them. Since all of the teachers were outside on the football field, there was no one to help me. They proceeded to lower my head into the toilet and flush it. Four of their girlfriends were with them as well, and they were all laughing at me.

I thought that was going to be the end of it, but they told me that I was going to get a special freshman initiation called a royal flush. It was a small school with only six restrooms, and they said they were going to carry me around the building giving me a swirlie in every toilet in the school. I ended up only getting six swirlies though, because they stopped when they caught a glimpse of a teacher coming back into the building when they were carrying me out of the second restroom and into the third.

They made me return to the football field without cleaning up at all. My hair and shirt were completely soaked. They told me that if any teachers asked why I was wet to tell them that I was hit with a water balloon; they said that if I told the truth that they would finish my royal flush in the rest of the toilets the next day. So I told the teachers that they had only hit me with a water balloon.

Boy, I am sure glad I didn't attend High School because bullies like that, even seniors, would've been asking for a doctor. It would take an army of seniors to give me a swirely. Why, even in the small school I went to, simply running away from a wasp in a classroom caused a kid twice my size to be flipped over on his back from blocking the doorway. And three guys who work out constantly of varrying size (one my size, one taller, one shorter), did try a swirely attempt, but after the first 5 seconds realized it wasn't worth getting into the hospital for.

I have two words for you: Krav Maga. This is enough to keep any group of bullies away. Even if you don't know how to defend yourself, show that you are not willing to be harassed. The bigger they are the better. Its easier to fight someone off if they're bigger. Be dangerous if you have to: crotch jam/squeeze, rapid punch in the gut/neck, flail about and become a dangerous weapon to touch. The best knife-defense techniques is getting on your back and kicking around like a possessed monkey. Kick in the face, grab on their strong arms for support. Pinch. Use your backpack and throw it at one. He's bound to catch it. A coke or watter bottle work well as painful but non-lethal blunt weapons. If anyone says or asks anything, you have the right to claim self defense.

Teasing and insults are one thing, but harassement like that is not to be tolerated.

I would tell the teachers anyway. I am a mom and I will tell you one thing, this is abuse, and if it were my kid, I would be in the abusive kids faces and have them punished severly, like as in suspended or expulsion,(getting kicked out for good) That behavior is repulsive and needs to be stopped, and sure wouldnt be tolerated where my daughter goes to school.

I was lucky because we had three floors of rest rooms and yes my head was flushed in every single toilet over three days i gladly reported for my initiation during those three days my head met over 35 toilets it was great except for the full toilets but i was a freshman i look back and say i am glad i was lucky enough to be initiated

it is crucial you tell a teacher what happened, if the bullies ask you about it, say that someone was watching and you couldn't tell them because of all the water in your mouth. You need to tell any adult, tell you mom to call the school about the bullies, then they can't blame you.
