I was 17 and going steady with the star of our local footy club. The whole team decided to spend the day at the local amusement park by the beach. I decided to wear the skimpiest bikini I could find. I had a pretty good figure back then.

There was a wet water slide which had amassed a huge crowd of spectators, including the footy team. I was dared to go down it, and not wanting to look stupid or gutless took on the dare. To my horror, when I arrived down the bottom the whole crowd was cheering and clapping and running towards me. The guard down the bottom ran in front of me and put his jacket in front of me.

I had lost my bikini top half way up the slide. Needless to say I was the talk of the town for a very long time.

To this day, I now wear tight one piece swim suits.
