Male or Female? - Thats Embarrassing!!

I called my appointed attorney to meet with him before my case. A very nice receptionist with a very pleasant voice answered, but after a few moments of speaking with her, I realized she WAS the attorney.

Feeling somewhat embarrassed (And wanting to have a good start with the attorney who was going to be defending me.), I immediately apologized, saying "Oh, Im so sorry. I assumed from the name "James" that you were a male." After a moment of silence, she said "I am." OOOPS! (Fortunately, he was quite understanding, and did an excellent job anyway.)
