Poking out on a cold morning - Thats Embarrassing!!

In the Condo Community that I live in the summers are dedicated to Senior Citizens and the Winters are dedicated to the students from a nearby prestigous Arenotical University. Now when the students leave to make way for the senior citizens there is much work in prepairing the units for the picky Seniors Citizens.

Although Summer was very near this particular morning was quite cold but I was working very hard and running from unit to unit directing a team of maintenance workers and a team of cleaners so I was not cold at all in fact I was feeling a bit warm. As I was leaving an upstairs unit on my way to a unit on the other side of the street I saw my boss driving up the street motioning for me so I walked over to see what he wanted.

Before I go any further I should explain that I am quite large breasted and don't generaly go without a bra, but spring was near and I was wearing a black t-shirt and when I'm working that hard bra's are terribly uncomfortable and so on and so on, point is I wasn't wearing a bra and even though I was aware of the tiny holes in the front of my shirt I really wasn't concerned because they were so small and this was my favorite working dirty t-shirt.

So, anyway as I approach his car I see that he is looking at me rather oddly as I am standing at his car window which puts his head breast leval with me and his mouth drops and he's just staring at my breasts and just as I begin to say something rude to him he says without looking up "it is a cold morning isn't it?" I look down and see my nipple poking proudly out one of the tiny holes, and he says, "You should be careful, you could take somebody's eye out with that!"

I was just left speechless, then laughter set in and I turned and ran to my condo.

We continue to laugh about that today, although he no longer works here as I am now the boss.
