Pizza Hut Humiliation - Thats Embarrassing!!

Well i was working at pizza hut for a little while and i was taking orders from customers on the phone. Once when i was taking an order (it was an especially long one), I kept referring to the customer as ma'am I was like, would you like to add anything else ma'am? and is that all for you tonight ma'am? i was on the phone with that customer for about 5 minutes taking his/her order when in the end he says...."by the way, I'm a man!"

The humiliation!!

Yeah that happens to me alot because i sound like a girl on the phone and i usually tell the people off at the end but i know its hard to tell....but i really dont care either
