I go to a private school and it is usually silent and I hate it because it makes me nervous and then my stomach will growl...it makes me sick to think about it because it is so embarrassing.I wish some one could give us a way to stop it from growling.I HATE MY STOMACH!

This happens to me a lot. Infact, so much I had to actually search the internet for answers. Even when Im not hungry, BOOM there it goes. And it usually happens during quiet times. Like in class oh man that is embarrassing. And most of all it happens most when I am nervous. I hate it
