| When I was a seventh grade, at the beginning of the year the entire Jr. High had an "icebreaker" to help us meet new people. Well, our 7th grade homeroom teacher decided it would be fun to have an "iceblocking" party for the seventh graders after the icebreaker. we were all gonna slide down a hill on blocks of ice. Well, that year i had just started to get some boobs, and I was feeling really cute in my two-piece bathing suit. I, of course, needed to look as hot as possible in front of my crush. so we were all having a blast sliding down this hill on blocks of ice about the size of a shoebox. One girl started sliding on her stomach, seeing how far she could ride. |

Not one to sit back and watch, i decided i would do it too. sliding down the hill, I finally started to feel like i was going to fall off and sure enough, the ice block shot out from underneath me back towards the top of the hill.
Much to my horror, however, the block of ice took my bathing suit bottoms with it! So there I was, face down on the bottom of the hill, my boyshorts around my ankles, bare butt for the world to admire. My dad was even at the party! I wasn't sure whether to cry, run, hide or laugh. I chose to laugh, and my silent classmates were crying with laughter. I called to my dad before I started laughing, though, and thank you, dear God, I had a towel.
A year later, tho, and i still get teased about the iceblocking party! Mortifying! |
