When I was in 6th grade, (I'm in 7th now) this girl who I went to elementary school with sat in front of my in my English class. She was really pretty, and I had a major crush on her. But she was the hard to get type, the kind you had to really impress to get. So, after embarrassing myself countless times trying to get her to notice me, I cooked up a plan...
Here's what you need to know: She always got to class early, and always got perfect grades. So one morning, (we had English class 3rd period) I got to class about two minutes early and pulled out a fake email I had typed the night before. |

I tapped her on the shoulder and handed it to her. It read: Please excuse Rodney from school Monday, he has been invited to eat breakfast in the West Wing of the White House. Of course she thought I had made it up, and I assured her that it was true.
On Sunday night, (that was Friday) I had a horrible thought: I had made that memo up; how was I going to get out of school?! I had never even thought about ditching before, but I was not about to admit to her that I had been lying. So i decided that I would skip school the next day.
Monday morning, I got up, got dressed, and ate breakfast like usual, to avoid suspicion. But when I left for my bus stop, I ran around to the back of the house and hid until my mom went to work, snuck back inside, and watched televison until my mom got home. I thought, this went perfectly, and now Rachel will definitely like me. Boy was I wrong. Tuesday morning I headed off to my bus stop, all smiles. I boarded the bus and sat down next to Rachel. (we rode that same bus) I smiled at her with a smirk on my face. She looked disgusted and like she was about to bust out laughing at the same time. That's exactly what she did. When she finaly stopped laughing, I asked her what was so funny. She said that her mom knew a guy who was in charge of organizing these things, and had called him to ask about it. She knew I had lied! I was so embarassed! To make things worse, she told everyone in school, and had one of her big guy friends pantse me in the courtyard during lunch!
Needless to say, I think plans through all the way now... |

Dued, if you like a girl so much then tell her dont try to do those things. They never work! |
